21. 가정교회 리더십 - 종의 리더십 / House Church Leadership - Servant Leadership
가정교회는 성경적인 리더십을 따릅니다. 그래서 가정교회 리더십은 예수님의 리더십을 따릅니다. 예수님의 리더십은 섬김을 받는 리더십이 아니라 오히려 섬기는 리더십입니다. 목장은 다른 사람을 성공시키는 리더십을 보고 배우는 곳입니다. (*새로운 삶에서 자세히 공부합니다. 특별히 섬김에 구원이 있다 에 대해서)
House churches follow biblical leadership. House church leadership follows the leadership of Jesus. Jesus’ leadership was not a leadership that was served, but rather a leadership that served. The house church is where you watch and learn about leadership that makes others successful (*study more in New Life Bible Study / Especially about There is Salvation in Service)

22. 섬김의 딜레마 / The Dilemma of a Life of Service
성경적인 리더십이 ‘종의 리더십’은 매우 중요하지만, 실제 신자의 삶에서는 쉽지 않는 요소가 있습니다.
혹시 이런 질문을 받으면 어떻게 대답하시 겠습니까?
가정교회가 주님이 이 시대에 원하시는 신약교회 회복의 사역이라고 믿는다면, 주님이 당신을 목자로 부르셔서 사용하시겠다면 어떻게 하시겠습니까?
가정교회의 목장에서 사역하다가 타지역으로 가는 경우에
- 당신은 다시 가정교회를 선택하시겠습니까?
- 당신은 다시 목자로 섬기시겠습니까?여러분들이 믿음의 귀를 기울여 하나님의 음성을 들으며 자유롭게 선택할 수 있습니다. 그렇지만 여러분들이 어떤 선택을 하든, 그 이유가 매우 중요합니다.
While biblical leadership, or "servant leadership," is very important, there are elements of it that don't come easily in the life of a real believer.
How would you answer this question if you were asked?
If you believe that house churches are the ministry of restoring the New Testament church that the Lord wants for this age, what would you do if He called you to be a shepherd and used you?If you were to serve as a shepherd in a house church and then move to a different area - would you choose the house church again? - Will you serve as a shepherd again?
You are free to choose as you listen with ears of faith to hear God's voice, but whatever you choose, your reasons are very important.
또한 섬김이 중요한 가치라는 것을 알고 힘써 섬기지만, 그럼에도 불구하고 신자가 믿음이 자라지 않다고 느끼거나 영적인 탈진을 경험하는 경우도 있습니다.
사실, 가정교회의 섬김의 리더십에는 엄청난 수고가 필요합니다. 가정교회의 목자로 사역한다는 것은 재정적인, 시간적인, 공간적인, 육체적인, 감정적인, 관계적인 등과 같은 다양한 수고와 희생이 따라옮니다.
Others know that service is an important value, and they strive to serve, but nevertheless feel that believers are not growing in their faith or experience spiritual burnout.
The truth is, servant leadership in a house church requires a lot of hard work. Serving as a shepherd of a house church involves a variety of labors and sacrifices: financial, time, space, physical, emotional, relational, and more.
위의 질문에 대한 대답의 이유가 혹시 영적 탈진이 아닐까요?
섬김은 좋은 것이지만, 섬김 때문에 영적인 탈진이 올 수 있습니다.
