제목: “기도는 관계를 치유한다(2)”

4. 기도는 우리의 일용할 양식을 구하여 관계를 치유하게 한다.

(A) 우리의 일용한 양식이란? “예수가 생명의 빵이다” (요 6:35)

신자는 예수님이 가르쳐 주신 기도를 따라, “우리에게 일용할 양식을 주옵소서”하고 기도한다. 이 기도를 드리는 신자는 “하나님께서 예수님을 생명의 빵으로 보내셔서, 그를 믿는 자는 결코 주리지 않을 것이며, 목마르지 않는 생명을 얻게 되어 영생을 살 것을 믿는다”라고 기도하는 것이다. 그래서 그레고리는 “내가 필요로 하는 것을 내 손에 쥐게 하소서”라는 의미의 기도가 아니라고 강조한다.

(B) 내가 구하는 것은 모든 사람을 위한 양식이다 (2가지 기적)

우리가 일용할 양식을 구하는 것은, 이 땅에 화해와 정의를 위해 일하겠다는 결심을 품고 하는 기도이다. 그레고리는 말한다. - “여러분이 배를 채움으로써 굶주리거나 낙심하게 되는 사람이 아무도 없다면 여러분은 제대로 된 일용할 양식을 받은 것이라고 보아야 합니다. “
결국, 기도는 신자가 자신 안에서 예수께서 기도하도록 맡기는 것이다. 우리가 기도하는 이유는 기도를 통하여 더 성숙하거나 변화되려는 것이 아니다. 그리스도가 신자안에 계시기 때문에 기도하게 되는 것이다. 기도는 점차 우리가 행하는 일이 아니라 하나님께서 우리 안에서 행하시도록 맡기는 일로 변해 갈 것이다.
“기도란 예수께서 여러분 안에서 기도하도록 맡기는 것이요, 우리의 이기적인 생각과 이상과 희망을 점차 그분의 영원한 사역에 일치시켜 가는 길고도 때로는 힘겨운 과정을 시작하는 것입니다. 말하자면, 살아생전에 그리고 돌아가시기 전날 밤 고통과 고뇌가 극에 달했던 그 순간에도 자신의 인간적인 두려움과 희망, 열망, 감정들을 아버지를 향한 사랑으로 감당하고 아버지와의 영원한 관계 안에 품었던 예수를 본받는 것이 기도입니다.” (Being Christians)

5. 고난 주간 (PASSION WEEK)

특별히 이번 고난주간은 월드비젼에서 제공하는 <고난주간 묵상집인 - 가상칠언 묵상과 선교적 삶>의 자료를 매일 살펴보시길 부탁드립니다.

(A) 가상칠언 묵상 (MEDITATE ON THE SEVEN LAST WORDS FROM THE CROSS)

예수님은 십자가에서 마지막 7마디의 말씀을 하셨다. 고난주간에 이 말씀을 묵상하시길 바랍니다.

"사하여 주옵소서" (주 예수 그리스도의 용서)
"낙원에 있으리라" (주님의 고난)
"아들이니이다" (천국 시민의 삶)
"나를 버리시나이까" (비움과 채움)
"내가 목마르다" (십자가의 길)
"다 이루었다" (영원한 생명의 길)
"내 영혼을 아버지 손에" (부활하신 주님과 함께)

(B) 선교적 삶

삼위일체 하나님이 선교의 주체이다. 선교는 하나님께 속한 것이지 우리에게 속한 것이 아니다. (레슬리 뉴비긴) 삼위일체 하나님은 교회(크리스챤) 중심의 선교를 넘어서서 이 세상에서 직접 일하시는 선교의 하나님 이십니다. 그러므로 삼위일체 하나님을 믿는 신자는 교회안에서 뿐만 아니라, 삶의 전 영역에서 <하나님의 일하심>을 의식하고 생각하면서 <자신의 삶>이 <하나님의 선교>에 부름받은 삶이라는 것을 믿고 살아야 한다.

4. Prayer heals relationships by asking for our daily bread.

(A) What Is Our Daily Bread? "Jesus is the Bread of Life" (John 6:35)

The believer prays, "Give us this day our daily bread," following the prayer Jesus taught. In praying this prayer, the believer is saying, "I believe that God has sent Jesus as the bread of life, so that whoever believes in him will never hunger and will have life so that he will never thirst and will live forever." So Gregory emphasizes that the prayer does not mean, "Put into my hands what I need."

(B) What I ask is food for everyone (2 miracles)

When we ask for our daily bread, we pray with a commitment to work for reconciliation and justice on earth, Gregory says. - "If you fill your stomachs and no one goes hungry or becomes discouraged, you have received your proper daily bread."
At the end of the day, prayer is about the believer allowing Jesus to pray within them. The reason we pray is not to become more mature or transformed through prayer; we pray because Christ is in the believer. Prayer will gradually become less about what we do and more about what we allow God to do in us.
"To pray is to allow Jesus to pray in you, to begin the long and sometimes difficult process of gradually aligning our selfish thoughts, ideals, and hopes with his eternal work. To pray, in other words, is to imitate Jesus, who, during his life and even in those moments of peak pain and anguish on the night before his death, bore his human fears, hopes, aspirations, and emotions with love for the Father and held them in an eternal relationship with him." Jesus spoke his last seven words on the cross. Let us all meditate on these words during Holy Week.

(B) Missional life

The Trinitarian God is the subject of mission. Mission belongs to God, not to us. (Leslie Newbigin) The Trinitarian God is a God of mission, working directly in the world, beyond the church (Christian) centered mission. Therefore, believers in the Trinitarian God should live consciously and thoughtfully of God's work in all areas of life, not only in the church, believing that their life is a life called to God's mission.

2-1. 영광이 열리고, 이제 권능(power)가 열려 신자는 기적을 만들게 된다. (용서, 재산 나눔)

3. 기도는 화해를 이루는 삶을 신자가 살도록 한다.

3-1. 아버지의 권세를 갖고, 행하는 기적중의 기적!을 행하게 하소서.

3-2. 하나님께 “저의 죄를 용서해 주십시오. 보시다시피, 제가 저에게 죄 지은 사람을 용서했습니다!”라고 말하는 것은 매우 주제넘은 일이 분명합니다. - 라고 그레고리는 말한다.

3-4. 하나님께서도 우리에게 그렇게 하십니다.

"저를 용서해 주세요. 저는 이미 용서했습니다.” "Forgive me, I have forgiven."

4. 기도는 우리의 일용할 양식을 구하여 관계를 치유하게 한다.

(a) 우리의 일용한 양식이란? “예수가 생명의 빵이다” (요 6:35)

신자는 예수님이 가르쳐 주신 기도를 따라, “우리에게 일용할 양식을 주옵소서”하고 기도한다.

요한복음 6장에서 예수님은 “내가 생명의 빵이다”라고 말씀하셨다. 예수님의 기적을 보고, 자신들이 얻게 된 빵에만 관심을 갖고 있는 사람들을 향하여, “영생에 이르도록 남아있을 양식을 얻드려고 일하라”라고 하신다. 사람들은 “우리가 무엇을 하여야 하나님의 일을 하는 것이 됩니까?”라고 반응한다. 이 때, 예수님은 “하나님께서 보내신 이를 믿는 것이 곧 하나님의 일이다”라고 대답하신다.

우리의 기도는 “하나님께서 예수님을 생명의 빵으로 보내셔서, 그를 믿는 자는 결코 주리지 않을 것이며, 목마르지 않는 생명을 얻게 되어 영생을 살 것을 믿는다”는 기도인 것이다. 그러므로, 신자가 “우리의 일용할 양식을 주소서”라는 기도는 그레고리의 말처럼 “내가 필요로 하는 것을 내 손에 쥐게 하소서”라는 의미의 기도가 아닌 것이다.

(b) 내가 구하는 것은 모든 사람을 위한 양식이다 (2가지 기적)

우리는 지난 주일에, 신자가 기도를 통하여 하나님께 가까이 가서, 하나님의 영광과 능력을 구하면 기적을 일으키는 삶을 수 있다는 말씀을 들었다. 그런데 그 기적은 용서하는 것과 재산을 가난한 사람들에게 나누는 것이라고 하는 말씀을 들었다. 그러므로, 우리가 일용할 양식을 구하는 것은, 이 땅에 화해와 정의를 위해 일하겠다는 결심을 품고 하는 기도이다.

그레고리는 말한다. - “여러분이 배를 채움으로써 굶주리거나 낙심하게 되는 사람이 아무도 없다면 여러분은 제대로 된 일용할 양식을 받은 것이라고 보아야 합니다. “

5. 고난 주간 (Passion Week)

오늘은 예수님께서 십자가에서 돌아가시기 전에 예루살렘에 입성하시는 날을 기념하는 “종려주일”입니다. 그리고 이번 주는 예수님께서 고난당하시는 “고난주간”입니다.

이 기간동안 “월드비전”에서 제공하는 “고난주간 묵상” 자료인 “가상칠언 묵상과 선교적 삶”을 가지고 말씀과 기도에 힘을 쓰려고 합니다. [e 묵상 자료집]을 보면서 고난주간 말씀읽기, 묵상 자료 읽기, 선교적 삶에 대해서 알아가는 시간이 될 것입니다.

(a) 가상칠언 묵상 (Meditate on The Seven Last Words from the Cross)

다음과 같은 주제를 가지고 매일 말씀과 기도로 묵상합니다.

"사하여 주옵소서" (주 예수 그리스도의 용서)
"낙원에 있으리라" (주님의 고난)

삼위일체 하나님은 “한 몸, 한 교회, 한 세상 ( One Body, One Church, One World)”을 통해 교회(크리스챤) 중심의 선교를 넘어서서 이 세상에서 직접 일하시는 하나님의 사역을 통해서 선교하시는 분이시다. 그러므로 삼위일체 하나님을 믿는 신자는 교회안에서 뿐만 아니라, 삶의 전 영역에서 <하나님의 일하심>을 의식하고 생각하면서 <자신의 삶>이 <하나님의 선교>에 부름받은 삶이라는 것을 믿고 살아야 한다.

이번 고난주간 <가상칠언 묵상>은 우리 워십프론티어 신자들에게 좀더 구체적으로 <선교적인 삶>이 무엇인지를 알게할 것이다. 그리하여 <자신의 삶>이 얼마나 귀하고 더욱더 정진해야 하는 것임을 발견하게 될 것이다.

(c) “하나님의 선교” 와 “하나님 백성의 선교”

이번 묵상집에는 크리스토퍼 라이트의 책인 <하나님의 선교>와 <하나님 백성의 선교>를 언급한다. 구약학자이자 선교 리더이다. 그는 '선교'를 이해할 때 하나님 구속의 서사인 '선교 (The Mission)'와 하나님의 선교를 이루어가는 하나님 백성, 즉 개인과 교회 공동체 활동인 '선교(missions)'를 구분한다.

아래 내용은, 이번 종려주일 묵상집에 선교적 삶을 소개한 WEC 장창수 선교사의 글이다.

“선교적 삶은 하나님과의 관계를 기억하며, 세상의 고통을 공감'하며, 창조 세계의 외침을 '경청'하며 복음에 담긴 예수가 보여주신 '숭고'한 삶의 방식으로 우리의 소중한 '일상'을 채워가는 것입니다. 삶의 목적은 하나님의 선교'이고, 삶의 방식은 '하나님 백성의 선교'가 되는 것입니다.

선교적 삶은 믿고 순종하는 이들의 삶입니다. 십자가룰 지고 죽음에서 다시 부활하기까지 온전히 순종하신 예수의 길올 따르며 하늘의 뜻을 이루어가는 것입니다. 선교적 삶은 복음울 확신하는 이들의 삶입니다. 복음이 모든 믿는 자에게 구원을 주시는 하나님의 능력임을 신뢰하는 것입니다. 그래서 내삶에 선교가 종종 담기는 것이 아니라 하나님의 선교에 내삶이 온전히 담기는 것입니다.”

이번주에 우리 모든 성도님들은, 고난 주간 [e 묵상 자료집]을 매일 매일 사용하시어, 말씀과 기도에 힘쓰시길 바랍니다. 새벽기도 시간에도 이 말씀을 가지고 기도할 것입니다. 저녁 9:30분에는 온라인으로 모여 함께 말씀을 읽고 선교적 삶에 대한 도전을 받고 기도하게 될 것입니다. 그리고 성금요일에는 저녁 9시에 교회에서 모여서 성금요일 예배를 드리게 될 것입니다.
고난주간을 통하여 예수님의 십자가의 의미와 부활생명을 더 깊이 체험하고 알아가서 더욱더 담대한 믿음과 두려움 없는 삶을 살아갈 수 있기를 바랍니다.

4. Prayer heals relationships by asking for our daily bread.

(a) What Is Our Daily Bread? "Jesus is the Bread of Life" (John 6:35)

The believer prays, "Give us this day our daily bread," following the prayer Jesus taught.

In John 6, Jesus said, "I am the bread of life." To those who had seen his miracles and were concerned only with the bread they had gained, he said, "Work for the food that will last until eternal life." "What must we do to be doing God's work?" they respond. To which Jesus responds, "This is the work of God: to believe in the one whom God has sent."

Our prayer is, "We believe that God has sent Jesus as the bread of life, so that whoever believes in him will never hunger and will never thirst and will have eternal life." Therefore, when a believer prays, "Give us this day our daily bread," he is not praying in the sense of, as St. Gregory says, "Give me what I need, that I may have it in my hand."

(b) What I ask is food for all (two miracles)

We heard last Sunday that when a believer draws near to God in prayer, seeking God's glory and power, he or she can live a life that produces miracles, and those miracles are forgiveness and the sharing of possessions with the poor. Therefore, when we ask for our daily bread, we are praying with a commitment to work for reconciliation and justice on earth.

Gregory says - "You will know that you have received your proper daily bread if no one goes hungry or becomes discouraged because you have filled your belly."
